Anonymous visitor thinks we are just bored


This is what an anonymous visitor to our website told us yesterday: 

"you must really be annoyed & bored. i love cuisinart. maybe you were just having a bad day. cuisinart employes, feeds, insures thousands of families. your platform is unjust."

I'm happy that Cuisinart employs, feed and insures thousands of families. If they took the time to re-evaluate their "customer care" process that numbr might even be able to grow to tens of thousands.

I'm not "against" the Cuisinart employees. All I want is an acknowledgment from the company that their "customer care" department is in need of some attention.

I'd also like to see Cuisinart absorb the shipping costs themselves for any defective merchandise they create. (Just while the original "warranty" is still in place.)
