Blake says it has taken forever to get a replacement part
This is my Cuisinart Sucks story:: After using my Cuisinart bread maker for 2 months the paddle broke. After talking with Cuisinart and arguing with a representative I was asked to send back the piece (at my expense). It's now been two months and no replacement in sight.
I had to call them to get a status and spent 1/2 hour on hold while they looked up my information to tell me that it'll be at least another month before I see it.
