Blake says it has taken forever to get a replacement part

This is my Cuisinart Sucks story:: After using my Cuisinart bread maker for 2 months the paddle broke. After talking with Cuisinart and arguing with a representative I was asked to send back the piece (at my expense).  It's now been two months and no replacement in sight.

I had to call them to get a status and spent 1/2 hour on hold while they looked up my information to tell me that it'll be at least another month before I see it.

hey bud a 1/2 hour come on, who are you kidding , maybe a min feels that long while on hold , but none the less, if you only owned it for 2 months and firmly believed that you shouldnt have to pay to send back the part, then why didnt you take it back to the store most likely having a 90 day return policy, to break that down, thats 3 months, oooh aaah, anywho...toodles
