    Got an email from a customer we'll call Jane.  Jane writes: "I was given a gift of a 1/2 grinder beans coffee pot. Great macine for 4 or 5 months and it stopped grinding, second pot after about the same time broke again...

    It's been a while since I've posted one of the emails I've received from a person who has experienced Cuisinart's Suckiness.  This one from Todd contained so much frustration I just had to share.  Here is his message to us: Message to Kevin or Andrea: I bought a coffee pot online. It quit working. I called customer service , but my warranty has been up for 3 days.
