Todd was told to "Have a Nice Day"

It's been a while since I've posted one of the emails I've received from a person who has experienced Cuisinart's Suckiness.  This one from Todd contained so much frustration I just had to share.  Here is his message to us: Message to Kevin or Andrea: I bought a coffee pot online. It quit working. I called customer service , but my warranty has been up for 3 days.
