Cuisinart's representatives have been well trained to say "7 to 10 days"
So, we received the wrong replacement coffee pot. That's okay. Everyone makes mistakes. We dreaded having to contact Cuisinart again and sit on hold waiting to talk to a representative, but we did. We placed the wrongly shipped coffee pot outside and waited the apparent mandatory 7-10 days to receive the correct replacement product.
UPS came by our house to pick up the coffee pot that had been sent incorrectly. And then we waited for the replacement.
