You are absolutely right, cuisinart sucks.

I bought a blender for $100.00 at Macy's and the blender broke within 7 months. I think I used it a total of five times.

I called cuisinart to have it repaired and they told me it would cost $20.00. I complained and they said they'd waive the fee as a courtesy ( Courtesy?)

They have had my blender since the 28th of August. It has taken three phone calls in order to get them to acknowledge that they received the blender at their warehouse in NJ.

To top it all off, they tell me that although they have had the blender for over three weeks it still hasn't been repaired and will not be repaired for at least another week. When I asked why it is taking so long they told me that repairs average 2-3 weeks. I then pointed out to the idiot on the other end of the phone that they have had the blender for over three weeks. He replied by telling me that they cannot move any faster, that other people need their appliances fixed as well.

I told the cusinart representative that I'd never buy another cuisinart product ever again because their products are crap. Any company that has a back log of repair work a month long is not one I want to buy from.

Cusinart SUCKS!

I could have bought a blender for half the price and had it last twice as long.
