Don't hold your breath while you're waiting for call back from Cuisinart customer service
Got an email from a customer we'll call Jane. Jane writes:
"I was given a gift of a 1/2 grinder beans coffee pot. Great macine for 4 or 5 months and it stopped grinding, second pot after about the same time broke again... I am now waiting for them to send me a return label so I can send this second pot back... also got a hold of the com in Conn. and am waiting for a call from someone over customer service... it has been almost 3 hours ago."
