This is my Cuisinart Sucks story::  We bought a Cuisinart toaster from a major department store. I understand that toasters are not normally big ticket items, so I was just hoping to have an appliance that worked consistently well for quite a few years. I didn't want something that felt "disposable." I admit it, I just wanted something nice! The stupid Cuisinart toaster worked fine for a few months, then totally gave out on one side. Now, if you want your toast done on both sides, you have to physically flip it over and re-toast. For the money, it's a waste. I feel stupid for having purchased it. I don't even care enough about it to contact "Customer Support." I guess I'll just go without toast or get something from a big box store next time.
