This is my Cuisinart Sucks story:: Bought a Cuisinart Coffee maker towards the end of last year (DCC1000) and it leaked all over my counter. Finally Cuisinart replaced.
The coffee maker makes good coffee but it is very difficult to clean with some tiny places that I can't even get a toothbrush into. Wrote to Cuisinart twice for instruction on how they recommend cleaning and sent pictures and have received no response at all.
I will never buy another Cuisinart product. They clearly do not value their customers at all.
