K. P. is demanding that Cuisinart replace his hardwood floors
This is my Cuisinart Sucks story:: Model - Model # DGB-900BC - same issue, but after the fourth of fifth time of walking into my kitchen to find coffee on the counter and floors I had enough. I called the 800# at cuisinart and spoke to a what I think was a live person, but had the characteristics of a robot up until I said "i want my hardware floors replaced". Then her tone changed. I filed a claim with cuisinart which is currently ongoing.
Cuisinart provided me a replacement coffee maker, and enough postage to send the defective coffee maker back to them for investigation. I also made a video of the coffee maker leaking during the brew process. I have he claim managers name and extension if anyone needs it, just email me.
