Kevin contacts Cuisinart for a warranty exchange
Kevin contacted Cuisinart about our leaky DCC-2400 coffee pot. Since it is still under "warranty" they offer to send us a replacement as long as we give them our credit card to bill us $10.00 to cover the shipping costs per the warranty. (Sucky warranty if you ask me.)
They said we'd receive it in 7 to 10 days. It would take them 3 days to get the ink on paper order from their "Customer Care" office to the shipping warehouse in Arizona. Then another 4 to 7 days to ship to us.
