PK doesn't want to pay for shipping in BOTH directions

This is my Cuisinart Sucks story::  Bought an immersion blender; the blade/blender attachment seized up after just six months. Cuisinart requires us to pay shipping in BOTH directions for their faulty product. Will never purchase a Cuisinart product again.

The customer service rep told me I had to send the defective part back to receive a new part to match my unit. When I didn't receive the part after 60 days I called back and they told me that they were not able to help me unless I had the original USPS tracking number. I looked and called them back but it was the wrong tracking number. Short story I no longer had the correct tracking number so they were not able to help me. Out of frustration I ordered a white part on ebay for $8.95. Now I have a sad mismatched part.
