PK doesn't want to pay for shipping in BOTH directions

This is my Cuisinart Sucks story::  Bought an immersion blender; the blade/blender attachment seized up after just six months. Cuisinart requires us to pay shipping in BOTH directions for their faulty product. Will never purchase a Cuisinart product again.

I had to order a part for my stainless steal blender/food processor combo for $27.90. Once I received the part it was defective due to discoloration so I had to send it back at my expense of $5.75. The customer service rep told me I had to send the defective part back to receive a new part to match my unit. When I didn't receive the part after 60 days I called back and they told me that they were not able to help me unless I had the original USPS tracking number. I looked and called them back but it was the wrong tracking number. Short story I no longer had the correct tracking number so they were not able to help me. Out of frustration I ordered a white part on ebay for $8.95. Now I have a sad mismatched part.

I have been surfing online more than 4 hours today, yet I never found any interesting
article like yours. It's pretty worth enough for me. Personally, if all site owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the
internet will be much more useful than ever before.
