PK doesn't want to pay for shipping in BOTH directions

This is my Cuisinart Sucks story::  Bought an immersion blender; the blade/blender attachment seized up after just six months. Cuisinart requires us to pay shipping in BOTH directions for their faulty product. Will never purchase a Cuisinart product again.

I looked and called them back but it was the wrong tracking number. Short story I no longer had the correct tracking number so they were not able to help me. Out of frustration I ordered a white part on ebay for $8.95. Now I have a sad mismatched part.
