Reasons for leaving this site up

My whole experience with the sucky customer service at Cuisinart has led me to delve deeper into the world of online reputation management.

I have found it disturbing that Cuisinart has yet to contact us with even an apology.  In fact, I doubt they even know of the existence of this website.

So, I have decided to leave this website up until they find it.  Let's see how long that takes.

I conducted a TweetScan search just today and found a long list of Tweets (on www.twitter.com) that mention Cuisinart.  I plan to reply to each and every one of those tweets with a link to this website.

(By the way, if you'd like to follow me on Twitter I go by KermitRocks.)
