Todd was told to "Have a Nice Day"

It's been a while since I've posted one of the emails I've received from a person who has experienced Cuisinart's Suckiness.  This one from Todd contained so much frustration I just had to share.  Here is his message to us:

Message to Kevin or Andrea: I bought a coffee pot online. It quit working. I called customer service , but my warranty has been up for 3 days. I told them it took 2 weeks to get the pot but they didnt care. I told them I was not going to buy their products anymore to which I was told "i'm sorry and have a nice day". Thats it? Is that why yall started this page? I am so #$%$%# off right now. Dont know my next move or if I have one.

Anyone have any advice for Todd's next move?
