We received a SECOND incorrect replacement--our third unacceptable coffee pot
They sent us a second replacement coffee pot but this one was wrong too. So now we have had three unacceptable coffee pots.
What joy! We get to call Cuisinart again. We get to listen to their on hold music for 30 minutes before talking with a "Customer Care" representative. Then, when we ask for a supervisor this time she gets defensive.
On hold again. Waiting for a supervisor. Waited 25 minutes before having to hang up to go have a life.
Will call again tomorrow.
