Wendi's story--Weak one cup maker and worse "Customer Care"
This is my Cuisinart Sucks story:
I recently purchased a one cup pod coffee maker from Cuisinart. The
thing makes THE weakest cup of coffee on EARTH! I am in the process of
trying to get Cusinart to refund my money but they won't. So far in my
limited contact with "customer care" they were rude, condescending and
made me feel like it was MY fault. It's a design flaw and they could
send me ONE HUNDRED of them and the results would still be the same. I
don't hold any hopes of getting any satisfaction from them. I am trying
Amazon next, where I bought the unit. Maybe I'll have better luck
there. I won't buy anything ever again from Cuisinart.
