Yay for Sam's Club; boo for Cuisinart

This is my Cuisinart Sucks story:  I have just returned my 3rd Cuisinart Coffee on Demand COD-4000 series to Sam'sClub for in as many years (3). The first time it went out (in less than a year) I call the C/S at Cuisinart and was told I would have to pay to send back the coffee maker! That made me mad as it was still under warranty. So I just took it back to Sams and have continued to do so for the last 2-3 years. This last one went out after 6 months! Sam's does not care so I will continue to return the appliance every time it goes out. I am going to write a letter to the CEO and let them know how I feel!!!
